Fast Turnaround Times to Get You Back on the Road
We offer services and repairs for all brands of eBikes and conventional bikes. For your convenience, we always have an experienced bike mechanic in the shop and ready to help. We are a certified service center for the following eBike brands: Aventon, Lectric, Super 73, Zooz, Specialized, Murf, Electric Bike Company, Xero2, Himiway, Blix, Rad, Velotric, Ride1up, and more.
Warranty work
- For warranty work on bikes you purchased elsewhere, we charge a troubleshooting fee of $75. This includes our time to communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf and troubleshoot the issue. The manufacturer will ship the parts needed to us, and we install the part (We will need the original proof of purchase). We charge a labor fee to install the replacement part (usually $40-$75) as well as the troubleshooting fee ($75). We will provide you with a detailed receipt of what you paid us, and you can request reimbursement from the manufacturer from which you purchased your bike. This service is available for most bike brands but not all.
- For bikes purchased at our store, we perform any and all warranty work free of charge (parts/labor) as long as the bike is still under manufacturer warranty.

- We will run your bike through our 10-point checklist, ensure it’s in solid working condition, and make any minor adjustments needed.
