We do! For warranty work on bikes you purchased elsewhere, we charge a troubleshooting fee of $75. This includes our time to communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf and troubleshoot the issue. The manufacturer will ship the part needed to us, and we install the part (We will need the original proof of purchase). We charge for the labor to install the replacement part (usually $40-$75) as well as the troubleshooting fee ($75). We will provide you with a detailed receipt of what you paid and can request reimbursement from the manufacturer from which you purchased your bike.
