During our trip from Chicago to California, we had planned to rent bicycles and take in the views. Our friend here in California suggested renting electric bikes. But we knew nothing about them. Shaun @ Synaptic Cycle , was a phenomenal help. He sized the bikes to each one of us. Upon finding one bike was a little too tall for my wife, he replaced the post and seat so it would be a little bit shorter. The bikes had a lot of power for some of these hard hills.
