The owner, Shawn, provided great customer service. He clearly knows his stuff and guided me to an E-bike that really meets my needs. He took a great deal of time to show me how to use the bike and how to use the bike rack I also purchased there. I bought the Aventon Aventure.2 E-bike and the Hollywood bike rack.
