STAFF/CUSTOMER SERVICE: Shawn was really pleasant and knowledgeable. (I’m in the market to buy an e-bike and had bike route questions). I witnessed his admirable business ethic as well- a customer finished a ride and lost a bolt to their clear while Shawn was building his bike. He graciously took his cleat, provided a bolt, and tightened the other free of charge. LOCATION: There’s so many great eats around this place but what is worth the trip are the coastal views! I recommend heading down Santa Clara to Heritage Park and start at the Ocean Institute, Baby Beach, the marina, Doheny, Capo, and ending in San Clemente.
