Sean is the best! After visiting a couple shops, I was getting a little frustrated. Then I visited Synaptic. Sean was patient and educated us on various styles and what would best meet our specific use. He knows his stuff! They carry the top manufacturers, including Aventon. My friend bought bikes for he and his wife. They recently took delivery and are extremely happy! Sean is fitting me for a bike to carry my paddle board. As a business owner, I appreciate customer service that goes above and beyond, plus educating me. I highly recommend Synaptic and their outstanding staff!
