I gave this store a 5 for several reasons. Staff was helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good ride. Bikes were charged the entire 2 hours battery didn’t die. (An issue we had on another bike rental at a whole different vendor) Bikes were in good condition, breaks worked, lots of speed around 20 mph. Dana Point is a hidden gem if you’re looking for an awesome bike route. We drove the 2 full hours from Dana Point to San Clemente all along ocean coast line. The bike lane has a concrete wall which divides the bike lane from car traffic so it feels safe along the busy pacific coast highway! Ocean breeze blowing through your hair on a sunny beach day doesn’t get better than this…. I go bike riding all over California. This is so far my favorite bike route as it’s a gorgeous ride, not as crowded as San Diego, LA or Venice Beach. Add this bike rental store and bike route to your bucket list.
