Synaptic Cycles rose to the top when I started my search for the perfect E-Bikes. My wife and I landed on a few brands and wanted to test drive them. I made a reservation with Synaptic Cycles to rent a couple of bikes and ultimately decided it would be best to hold off. I called the store and spoke to Shawn, the owner. Right off the bat, he was fantastic in fielding all my questions and suggested canceling the bike rental and instead suggested that we come down to see what he had on hand. Mind you, we live in the San Fernando Valley but were so compelled by Shawn’s professionalism and knowledge we decided to make the trek. It was 100% worth it. He walked us through various options and consulted us on the right bike. We ended up buying 2x Electric Bike Company Model E’s. The exceptional customer service didn’t end there. After taking delivery, I damaged the custom paint job on my wife’s bike. I reached out to Shawn, and he worked his magic. EBC repaired the bike within a week, all thanks to Shawn. I highly recommend supporting Shawn and Synaptic Cycles by renting or buying your e-bikes from them. You won’t regret it.
