I can’t recommend this service enough. This is my fourth rental! My flight landed at 10a and by noon, Shawn was at my hotel with a beautiful bike that made the California hills climbable by this east-coaster. Shawn responded to my texts immediately when I had questions about routes or gearing on the bike. Everything on the bike was in complete working order … chain oiled and brakes in fabulous condition. I rode about 150 miles in 5 days. Totally enjoyed the ride and then was able to leave the bike at the hotel when I checked out and Shawn picked it up later that day. Does it get better than that?
