My sons e-bike stopped working. I contacted the dealer and they suggested this shop. I called up on 12/31 and they answered. I took the bike down and they said it would take a week to two weeks depending on any parts that needed to be ordered. About 5 days later they called with a touch base and gave an update. I picked the bike up today and my son is jazzed to have it back. There are two guys that work there and a cool shop dog. Good service and without any issues. Appreciated that they set proper expectations.
