Synaptic Cycles began as a Dana Point, CA based road bicycle rental company, specializing in road bicycle rentals for business and vacation travelers. We offer concierge service to our clients, delivering and picking up the bicycle from the client at their hotel or vacation rental. Originally, our primary area of service was Orange County and San Diego County. Recently, we have added a new shop that serves the Greater Los Angeles Area, while providing the same level of service that we are known for.

Our business was founded in 2010 when we decided to address the needs of traveling road cycling enthusiasts. Being road cyclists ourselves, we understand the difficulty and cost of traveling with a bicycle and the anxiety of not knowing whether the airlines will get your bike to your destination in one piece. We offer high-end road bicycle rentals that are comparable to the bikes our customers are accustomed to riding, and we work with the customer to ensure the best possible fit.

Our passion is to provide high quality road bicycles to cycling enthusiasts who are traveling to this beautiful area. We want you to be free to explore our area by bicycle and enjoy your time on our roads. We will do our best to provide you with everything you need to enjoy your time on the bike.
