Synaptic Cycles offers one of the best rental fleets of road bikes in Southern California. Our bikes and service are unequaled. Because we specialize in bicycle rentals, our rental customers are our top priority, and we supply bikes that are not only top quality, but well-maintained and clean. We currently feature bicycles from Calfee and Cervelo, delivered directly to you. All bikes are equipped with Ultegra/Dura Ace level components, Compact 50/34T cranks, and 12/25T or 12/28T cassettes.

We are proud of the services we provide. Along with the rental, we will work with you to attain the same fit that you have on your current bike, and we will gladly install your own pedals and saddle should we not have what you need in stock. Our services do not end there. We make every effort to be available should you experience a mechanical issue or need road side assistance. We are a concierge service and we strive to meet your needs.

All of our bikes will be delivered with spare tubes, a patch kit, CO2 cartridges, or a pump. All of our bikes have Ultegra road pedals and we carry a number of different saddles (ask and we’ll check our inventory). Should we not have what you normally ride, please feel free to bring your saddle and pedals with you and we will gladly install them for you when we deliver the bicycle.

We are proud to carry bicycles from both Calfee Design and Cervelo. We carry the Calfee Tetra Pro, and the Cervelo RS and S1 models.

The Calfee Designs Tetra Pros are our feature bikes. All Calfee frames are handmade in Northern California to exacting specifications. Calfee Designs has been in the business of building carbon bikes since 1988 and few builders have the extensive experience of the people at Calfee Design. Their experience with carbon fiber gives them the advantage in knowing how to get the best ride quality and longevity by orienting the fiber in the most effective manner. You will love riding these bikes!
